Good morning everyone! I am thankful to be alive, in my right state of mind, and have my health and strength. I am also thankful for my family. I know that it can be easy to take these things for granted. This is a photo when I stood on the Edmund Pettus Bridge in Selma Alabama enjoying some of freedoms that our ancestors fought for. I understand that with the Most High God, all things are possible! Have a great day.

Today’s Word Is “Appreciate”
Good morning everyone! The word of the day is “Appreciate!” Appreciate is defined as: To recognize the quality, significance, or magnitude of. To be thankful or show gratitude for.
I appreciate the state that I am in. I am a Black Man who plans on growing mentally and spiritually each day. I am grateful for the courage and strength that the Most High God Has given me. I understand that I am not where I want or maybe need to be but I continue to be thankful. I appreciate the journey that the Most High God has allowed me to travel. A lot of my brothers and sisters are not here to express these words. I appreciate the many individuals who offered encouragement, assistance, or said a kind word. I also appreciate the sacrifices of my ancestors who never gave up but continued to suffer during slavery, lynchings, jim crow laws, and segregation. I am who I am today because of the guidance of others. May God continue to bless everyone! have a great day.
