I wanted to give everyone an update on my upcoming book title “100 Years, A Journey to End a Vicious Cycle.” I am a first time author writing a nonfiction memoir about the continued cycle of prison within my own family. When I was a teenager I was involved with drugs and the life of the streets. I ended up spending a lot of time in prison. My dad, younger brother, a few cousins, and myself have all been in prison. We collectively wasted over 100 years in prison. There are a number of people with multiple family member in prison. This is a serious problem that needs to come to an end. I will share my experience of dealing with this as well as my journey to bring this cycle to an end. My goal is to prevent others from experiencing prison by making wise decisions. I was released from prison ten years ago and have made a number of positive changes in my life. I now wake up in the morning with the attitude of wanted to set a good example for others to follow.

Hello everyone! This is another message to remind everyone to say “No” to illegal drugs. A mind is a terrible thing to waste. Allow your mind to develop into the purpose that God has planned for you. I also encourage everyone to say “No” to criminal behavior. By faith we are equipped to do great things when we aren’t distracted by the many vices of the world. Instead of running from our problems, lets figure out how to deal with them. Drugs and crime is not the answer to any of our problems. Patience is a quality that allows us to hold on even in difficult times. I encourage everyone to reach for your goals. Best wishes to everyone and may God we allow God to guide us in the right direction.
I am open to input from others. Tell me what you think about this topic.
I would like to wish everyone a Happy Day Before Thanksgiving! Be safe during the holidays and remember to be thankful for the things that we have. Family is important and we sometimes become busy with our schedules. Share time with loves ones if possible. Life is not promised to any of us and this may just be the last time that you see one another. This is also a good time to forgive those who have offended us. This can be a difficult thing to do sometimes. This is a process that requires a cleansing of our hearts and minds. Looking beyond the hurt and pain in order to release someone from any guilt. My goal is to continue to grow more into a life of freedom and treat others with respect. I am thankful to be alive today. Gob bless everyone and have a great day!
